Our in house SHEQ is headed by Richard Hart who is employed to carry out all internal audits and internal staff training, Richard is IOSH accredited and is currently undertaking his NEBOSH certificate in Construction

We retain the services of our external health and safety specialists John Houlihan , who monitors all the company's health and safety requirements and have appointed us with a senior safety advisor who is available 24 hours and who does a minimum of one day per week at our sites , John also undertakes all external audits on random sites and produce reports twice a month this is also a requirement for ISO standards we hold.

STAFF TRAINING

TSG only recruits from within the industry experiences operatives need only reply , all new operatives will undergo a CITB approved training plan , all new staff are inducted and we require all operatives to be CSCS approved and registered regardless of the job title they hold we was one of the first scaffolding companies to be 100% CSCS compliant , we are committed to CSCS and train all staff for the following this has enabled the company to be awarded gold status with CSCS
