TSG maintain adequate resources of the following :-

Labour

We carry a minimum workforce of 30 CSCS site based operatives , who are employed on a PAYE basis and receive all statutory entitlements such as paid holidays etc , Our gangs of operatives work from car derived vans to ensure reliability and parking problems are overcome. All operatives are supplied free of charge with all items of PPE they may require in the workplace , for further information on training please go to SHEQ page. We are currently undergoing assesment for investor in people status. To rule the element of doubt out , all vehicles have been fitted with trackers this will prove to within 3m the location of staff vehicles

PLANT / MATERIALS

Ample stocks are kept in our main yard at Hastings for immediate delivery to site , these materials in accordance with our ISO 9001 manual are inspected on return from site and restacked / greased / cut / painted into stillages and stacked in sizes. Hence our yard is operational most days from 5am - 5pm ensuring that trucks are loaded for site next day. We source materials from reputable suppliers as per our quality vetting procedures , 90% of scaffolding is painted with either aquamarine green or jack russells lipstick pink security paint , some items will be marked either "challenge" "total" or "TSG" to ensure positive proof of ownership. We also keep stocks of system staircasing and other non mechanical items.

Vehicles

We operate a fleet of vehicles all of which are under 6 years old , site staff are given 2 and 4 seater vans to travel to site with. Street work gangs tend to operate from 3.5 or 7.5 ton vehicles Dedicated deliverys are made using either 17 or 26 ton crane equipped vehicles.

We are members of the FTA and receive all regular updates of VOSA and DOT laws and undertakings Our delivery drivers are LGV and ALLMI trained and abide by VOSA undertakings in conjunction with our operators licensing requirements All vehicles are fitted with trackers that are permanently displayed on a plasma screen monitor within our offices for pinpointing the location of vehicles.If workload dictates we also use several hauliers
